Succession Planning Events

Succession planning is an essential part of good business management. Knowing how to begin the conversation can be challenging. This workshop will provide participants with a practical pathway forward to begin or continue their succession planning process.

 

Isobel Knight, and Jess Cavanagh from Proagtive, one of Australia’s leading family farm succession planning businesses for a workshop focused on successful, practical succession plans. Proagtive have been assisting farm family businesses owners since 2004 to successfully work through the process of succession planning.

 

Proagtive Succession Planning Workshops will be held at Kingaroy, Coalstoun Lakes and Monto in March.

 

Participants will leave with a practical pathway forward to begin or continue their succession planning process. To get the greatest value from the day multiple business members are encouraged to attend and participate.
