BIEDO Grant Angels can help with flood forms

The network of BIEDO 'Grant Angels' in the North and South Burnett are now available to help primary producers and small business owners complete QRAA Special Disaster Assistance Flood Recovery forms.

CEO of BIEDO, Linda Silburn, says with the large number of properties and businesses affected by the recent floods, BIEDO is keen to make the application process as easy as possible for all people in the North and South Burnett to access the flood recovery support they'll need. 

"Our support will be completely free, and we're also happy to help adjacent regions and towns, including Biloela, Theodore, Cracow, Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Mary Valley, Gin Gin, Tiaro, Gympie, Chinchilla, Dalby, Condamine and anywhere else that may need our help," Linda said.

"We're working with DEEDI's Farm Financial Counsellors and QRAA. We really want to make sure people in this region know how to access the QRAA assistance and have the stress removed from the thought of completing even more paperwork, she said.
