Creating a Prosperous Inland - BIEDO Business Pilots
The Business Pilot Service provides 1:1 support to assist business owners to get a clear picture of where their business is currently, where they want to be, and how to get there. It’s relevant for people just starting out, established business or even those wishing to exit their current business. They are also available to help small businesses business directly or indirectly affected by Natural Disaster since October 2010. This program suits businesses in the following industries:

Services provided by the Burnett Inland Economic Development Organisation are funded by the Australian Government.
The Business Pilot Program includes:
- Help with business plans, reports and other business documents
- Finding ways to solve issues affecting your business
- Setting up business systems – client management, payroll, administration
- Help with managing your finances – cash flow and profit and loss statements
- Addressing opportunities such as industry or market changes
- Working through your IT needs
- Preparation of media and promotional material
- Assisting the establishment of cooperative clusters, supply chains and/or social enterprises
- Researching information for potential contracts or tenders
- “Sounding board” for business ideas and concepts
- Building your business through marketing and market development
